and residents of MTU and MDU for high-speed Internet access in the
comfort of their own hotel room or service apartment.

to do any reconfiguration on their computer. Moreover, a secure
access to virtually any Internet site and e-mail account through
web browser is also provided.

HOTEL

Our
fully integrated solution enables the hotel to provide fully interactive
services to their guest. We use the existing wiring of the hotel
to deliver the Data, Voice and Video simultaneously to the guest
room. These existing wires could be copper pair (Telephone copper
pair), Coaxial cable (used for TV), Fiber Optics cable. We do have
capabilities to provide even Wireless broadband Internet in the
guest’s rooms.
In the hotel rooms
we can either provide Ethernet (RJ45 10mbps) connection for the
guest’s laptop or we can provide SET-TOP TV boxes to be integrated
with any Television sets in the room enabling the guest to browse
Internet on the TV.
Our
Hospitality billing and service software for the hotel is an ideal
solution for service providers and property owners who want to profit
from the delivery of high quality broadband services to the hospitality
market. It can be integrated with the hotel’s Property Management
System (PMS), enabling Internet access charges to be added to the
guest room invoices.
MTU/MDU
Like some other utility
services such as telephone, TV-Satellite systems, Electricity and
water, Internet availability in Multi Tenant Units (MTU)and Multi
Dwelling Units (MDU) is becoming one of the most important requirements
by tenants. It is a big determinant factor in increasing the tenancy
rate and raising the value of the property. Currently, with the
traditional analog modem as a means of Internet access, there is
a problem of insufficient bandwidth. Estate owners need to invest
in substantial physical cable of fiber infrastructure that is both
slow and expensive to install. Broadband technology bridges this
gap by offering the combination of high bandwidth access while maintaining
a low cost and speedy infrastructure roll out.
RTECH’s
broadband Internet Access Solution provides a high-speed infrastructure
that enables, among other services, e-mail acess, Fast Internet
browsing and booking of MDU or MTU facilities to be carried out
on-line.
We
use the existing wiring of the MTU/MDU to deliver the Data, Voice
and Video simultaneously to the tenant’s premises. These existing
wires could be copper pair (Telephone copper pair), Coaxial cable
(used for TV), Fiber Optics cable.
This
end-to-end solution comprises of access aggregator (mini DSLAM)
that acts as a data collection center located at the basement /server
room/PABX room or the MTU/MDU and the network termination unit (CPE)
located at the room/dwelling unit.
